I am Spaniard owning a hotel in Romania (3, 600 m2) since 20 years ago.

My hotel is located on the beautiful and touristic region of Bucovina, and it works exclusively with fellow compatriots of mine on monthly stays, being half of them fully residential.

The hotel is 100% occupied the entire year, and with a waiting list three times its capacity, impossible to cover.

Now I have to expand it and renew it. It will be a minimum benefit of €520, 000 per year.

I offer 50% (of the property and profits) to partner(s) who invest the €900, 000 necessary to obtain a total of 60 spectacular large rooms; two restaurants; Cinema Hall; Wellness Center; pool; sauna; gym; Panoramic Games Room on the sixth floor; 20 covered parking spaces; gardens; own hydroponic greenhouse (and farm) , for better self- sufficiency and at low cost; acclimatization via aerothermal energy and solar panels; 24 security cameras, and much more.

It is a long- term business, fully backed with Rral Edtate, sold in advance and fully growing.

It is not necessary, but the ideal would be member(s) who could reside in the hotel and enjoy a luxurious, absolutely superior lifestyle.

Important: I am a good, conservative person, and I only look for people with principles.
