The role of technical support is to help customers in solving their problems arising while using Yandex services.

The main responsibilities of a Support Service Specialist:
- Respond to user e- mails
- Respond in chats
- Respond to phone calls ( in some cases, to resolve the client's issue you need to contact client yourself )

Requirements
- Effectively communicates in German, both written and verbally
- University Degree/ incomplete higher education (IT or related area preferred)
- English level – Intermediate and higher
- Experienced computer user
- laptop or desktop computer and headset
- connected cable high- speed Internet
- Russian language skills are a plus
